    I will suggest you attend the hearing if you didn’t receive any letter that your claim is on hold or hearing cancelled. AOR doesn’t mean approval - the pathway is not guaranteed until you receive your AIP. It’s better 2 processing is ongoing than none.

    Congratulations. We received letter to withdraw claim on Sept 17 and sent confirmation of withdrawal before end of Sept. It’s been 3 weeks now and no CoPR. I am already considering sending an email or GCMS note. Meanwhile what’s the difference between COPR and eCOPR?

    What document did he travel with? Did he travel with a refugee document? When you get your PR on this pathway, you are expected to obtain your PR card and a valid international passport before you can travel. The instructions are clear, you mustn’t travel until you obtain your PR and a PR card.
