hello everyone. I got pre arrival document but I haven't received eligibility yet. I called and talked to one of the agent, he said there is just background check left which is on going now. I applied in Nov,2022. Is this a good sign or I shouldn't have some hopes now .... :(

my timeline kinda same as yours and haven't gotten eligibility or pre approval letter.

oh yeah actually I got X number in March and I was able to linked it on my account and I used to see medical passed. A few days later , they asked some additional documents such as military ,and where I lived before. since then no news

I am also an applicant from November 22, but I haven't received anything yet. My medical result also became blank 2 months ago

thanks for the reply. I am trying but I always see that there are no available appointments however around 7pm , I can see the appointments but after refreshing 15-20 times it turns to there are no available appointments. I don't know why but I feel like they give some certain times to refresh...

does the RTD supposed to be validmore than 6 months ? because my RTD will expiry end of 2024 and my appointment is September 2024.

congrats to you! yes I guess so. I asked you about ghost update because I got a ghost update then medical passed was removed from my account. Now it says your application is in process. I applied online on October 2022 and I was able to linked my account on March 2023.
