The portal thing is also very frustrating. You get an email invitation from anonymous person. You reply and get no response whatsoever. You wait and there is no timeline. You cannot check what is happening. You don't get the credential and you only can wait. After submission the photo, address...

A significant change must be made to IRCC. People need to be client oriented and provide high level services. Right now IRCC service standard is even worse than the average supermarket.
