Hi Every one Due to travel restrictions we dont have the TRV and we are unable to go to INDIA to get the Marriage Certificate (we are from South part of INDIA) Can some one please suggest us or help us in guiding how to get the marriage certificate with out Travelling. Regards

Not in the LOE - we missed to explain them clearly, but we have called IRCC and asked the agent to add these comments and pass to the officer.

Before submitting the documents by having a valid PCC I need to go to INDIA for personal rituals, do i need to submit another PCC request or is it okay? Can some one please clarify my doubt.
