When you’re talking about no copr do you mean you haven’t got the message titled “information letter” that says “congratulations you are now a permanent resident of Canada” or do you have that?

My application is approved and I received a document on my profile called “information letter” detailing me to mail photos for pr card to an address. Does this mean I will not be using the portal? And is it only for certain visa offices?
