H1B Dropbox Toronto Consulate Aug 31 : Docs sent via Canada Post. Sept 1 : Docs reached the consulate. Sept 7 : DS-160 status changed to 'Application Received'. No update since Sep 7th.

I submitted through near by Canada post ( they recently introduced this feature it seems ). It's been more than 10 days I submitted the documents and I still waiting for the decision though.
