Finally, got PR card approved and mailed message today. COPR: Mar 13 GU1: April 17 Approved and Mailed: April 20 Waiting for the physical card. The Etobicoke email really works (only got photo approval after sending email to ask after 35 days. Reply to the initial portal email works).

Same for me. I got reply today saying photos are sent to production team and once completed they will mail the PR cards to home address. I checked GCkey account, I got an instant GU. So my understanding is that photo is approved. And we just need to wait for final approval and mail in Gckey...

Me too! I ordered GCMS note last month it says my file was assigned to C5291 (a placeholder, not a real person per CBC news). I have almost same timeline as you (MEP Dec 28), but my file hasn't been touched after R10.
