@legalfalcon I applied for PR (CEC inland) January 2020 and got my COPR April 2021. I'm still waiting for my PR card and it's already been 6 months since I applied PR card. Do you know what happens if I still didn't get PR card when my COPR expires? Do I still have the status?

I think you should either raise a web form or call the agent to change the address. I am also moving this Friday so I'm planning to change address before sending the photo.

My medical was passed again on the portal on March 11th, 2021. It changed from "you do not need.." to "you passed.." that day. There was no more updates besides ghost updates until COPR on portal.

I didn't do mandamus because it costs a lot of money and may not work either

Yes I had GU and the GU status turns into approved status once I opened it. The IRCC phone service now just transfers me to an agent directly without saying what is passed and what is not.

I have raised web forms 4 times, it wasn't helping. I really don't know what is the best way to speed up the process besides mandamus.

Hi guys, I finally got approved on CIC portal today with COPR, still waiting for the email. It has been a very long journey. I lived in Canada for 11 years since high school. And it has been almost 15 months since I applied. More than 10 months since it has final:approved in GCMS. All I can say...

Nope. Nothing happened. My medical was extended a month after but I don't think it's related to the news.. Still waiting for COPR.

I'm in a similar situation. I got different responses every time I called the IRCC agents as well. After I got my GCMS notes, I finally got to know for sure what the status is.

GCMS notes say PR approved in January, but no COPR/PPR letters or communication from IRCC

Thanks for the ideas. I just sent an email to CPC Ottawa again. I have also tried to raise this issue with my MP and even went on the news in February https://globalnews.ca/video/7660897/permanent-resident-applicants-still-waiting-for-approvals but they didn't help.

I ordered the GCMS on February 26, 2021 so it only reflects my updates before Feb 2021. The latest note for that is from June 18, 2020:

I have called IRCC countless times. They just tell me the delay happens because of COVID every time. I contacted my MP but the only thing they can do is to ask my status which I can already do. I even went on the news in Feburary...
