But my insurance company is saying that i have to cancel the policy and do it again and i don’t want to cancel it. I want them to update the first one but because of some reasons they can’t. I don’t k ow what to do.

Hello Guys, I just checked that rules has been changed for super visa insurance. I applied in March and i choose monthly paymemt for my Dad’s insurance. Do you guys think new rules will affect his file as well? Rules just changed in July and doesn't have specific date. Please help.

I know this but i think they need ur one year income and they can check with t4 or NOA easily. For example if you just started your job and give them paystub for 3 months and you want them to calculate your income on that base then you are not meeting LICO but you will meet LICO in future. They...

I don't know if you remember or not but i told you you need NOA or T4. if you got your NOA then try applying again it will work.

You can try but i am pretty sure they need T4 or NOA.

It’s not updated yet but they are going to update the minimum income requirement for 2021 soon.

How can you prove that you are meeting the requirements if you haven’t worked for one year? They calculate are income from jan to dec. That’s why they are asking for Noa or T4. They can also check ytd income by paystubs.

You also need to meet minimum income requirements depending on the size of your family. if you have spouse and you are applying for two parents you need $48170.

You definitely need T4 or Noa. you have to show your one year income ( jan to dec) of most recent year but i think you can apply for visitor visa.

I have noa for 2020 but that is only for $47k i need $48k but for 2021 my income was $52k and i met the requirement with this income but i don't want to wait for NOA and t4. Can i apply with income of 2021 and only with t4's or i Can't? please if somebody can help me....
