    mine is a very generic request and that is the only request: A separate and newly completed Schedule A. Please provide a Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature I think I need to fill out the entire form again

    I got the exact same message. "from 2020/05/21 *OFFICER REVIEW* Ready for Approval Ottawa VO. My case is still open. Not updates since then. MY AOR is JAN, 2020. I'm Outland from the US
