Am I supposed to email them the document? Sorry I have no clue who to contact. If any one has gone through this procedure pls guide me.

even I have never been able to talk to an agent. I have requested my legal representative to order for the GCMS notes. However my representative is ignoring my request. Is there anyway I can approach IRCC myself. Pls advise .
