I'm also June 30 AOR. Biometrics NOV 3. Online it shows the same what you have but when I called them they told me all my stages are passed. Try calling the IRCC and talk to an agent. They will tell you exactly what stages have passed and what stage the file is. Online it's not updated

Oh yes I know it gives old updates, but it did not give any update today.

I had the same issue. They only gave me 3 months of work permit and I had to renew again this month with my new passport.

Did you check it online or the agent told you over the phone? As my application is also showing eligibility and background still on process and agent told me over the phone that everything is passed.

If all the stages are passed then I don't think there's anything to worry about. We just have to wait patiently.

Hello guys, I just got off the phone with the agent and he told me all the stages are passed. It's the matter of time before I receive the COPR. He said the file is approved and it's with CBC officer for final review. Hope we all receive the golden email soon.
