    One last question. When i checked the CT0008 form, it had a place to fill how many days lived outside of Canada, which obviously is more than 3 years in my case. Does it have anything to do with residency requirement for 5(2)? This form is for 5(2) so was surprised to see this part. Thanks.

    but with a parent citizen and only child applying would fall under 5(1) which means she has to demonstrate residency requirements? since my wife has the residency requirements not my child, so i was thinking to apply for them together to fall under 5(2). Please correct me.
