    I raised webform before PPR but they replied me for webform after getting PPR Yes I was in Canada at that time They responded after issuing me my PPR They gave 30 days to submit the passport. Also in the webform mail they said I can apply for stamp abroad using PPR letter

    I wrote honestly i didn't sees my family for more than a year because i was in studies and i wanted to go home to support them. Just make sure whatever you say is honest because they will know. They have the data that i didnt travel for a long time so they knew my reason were legitimate

    Hi I just got a reply for my webmail. They said I can apply from abroad for Visa Issuance. SO YES EVERYONE YOU CAN TRAVEL AND APPLY USING PPR FROM ABROAD JUST SEND A WEBMAIL :).
