Thing is, I've already deferred once due to covid and the university's deferral policy is that they don't grant deferrals twice!

Will the university accept a student who had previously applied and got accepted but since the study permit was denied, the student plans to apply again to the program for the next intake? Basically start the university application process entirely again.

Yes I'll be applying online but do I need to upload the visa and biometrics fee receipt anywhere in my application? that's what I'm confused about

Do I pay for the study permit application and biometrics fee before applying and then attach the recepit under 'client information' Or Do I apply for my study permit and pay the said fees after applying? If so, where do I upload the receipts?

Yes I think we will be able to show it exclusively for me. I am a 20 year old (had to take a gap year because of covid after my A levels) so no one will be accompanying me!

But aren't we supposed to show POF for only the first year (paid tuition and +10,000 CAD in my case) and then the bank statements and other docs will show how the fees and living costs for the remaining years can be paid?
