Thank you for such a quick response... But does the local visa office gives the information to the primary applicant in the same way as IRCC does?

I had the same situation so raised the webform and got the answer that they have received it as the details were clearly visible under the applicant details

I called at +18882422100 using skype. I had to wait for almost an hour before i could speak to an agent.

FSW O AOR -Jan 21 MEP & BIL - Feb 9 called up IRCC today and as per the agent only medicals are cleared and nothing else started.

Its the same for me. I submitted my bio metrics on Feb 25. As the biometrics details are reflecting under the profile, so, its not something we worry about.

I submitted my biometrics on Thursday, on my profile biometrics details are reflecting but my profile still says that action is required and under biometrics it says I need to submit my bio metrics. Any one else having the same scenario ??
