Yep, recieved PPR in the next 2-3 hours of BVL. BTW does anyone know if VAC New Delhi is issuing appointments for passport submissions or I can just walk in there straight.?

True that, a lot of students' and their families' patience are being tested by IRCC. And them being this much shady is not helping at all!
