I have a similar experience. Mine hasn't changed since the 16th of December 2020.

Did it take them 2 months to extend your medicals?

I believe I have passed security and criminality. My medicals haven't expired, they are just expiring soon so they got flagged. I thought they only got flagged if they expired.
