Create a very strong and long SOP even if it is 3 to 5 pages long. State the remark made for refusal post it in your SOP and justify the refusal. You can also mention about similar courses offered in your home country but how they aren't that beneficial. You can also attach previous work experiences

I applied for a study permit back in October 2020 and received a rejection on the 26th of November. I applied again in December 2020 but so far I have not heard anything. I am anxious and stressed. I know a lot of people are in the same boat as me so can you share how things are with you.
