I haven't applied for TFN but from this forum discussion, I believe you can get it through webform. Also if possible call IRCc and they can help you for TFN I would encourage to apply for work permit extension as soon as you get TFN.

You should be able to apply for Work permit extension. Provide your TFN with the application. By the way, when your work permit expires?

I did receive a seperate PDF in email. Also I got the same PDF in CIC account. I heard a few had received their RFV via email without any PDF

Sorry, I mixed up with two different posts. I thought inland Principal applicant already received eCoPR and outland dependent got RFV/PPR. Yes, your are right. You will get CoPR once passport is stamped
