    1) You cant add 2 parents in 1 form. There is a spot for principal applicant only. 2) Turns out I cant add him since he didnt pay tax in tax year 2022 as that's the year he arrived. He needs to have Notice of Assessment for all 3 preceding years. In this case 2022, 2023 and 2024.
