I had the same question and the clerk told me to put the relevant information - date of move and new address - in the email with the signed form. Can't really tell you if it worked though because they mailed my certificate out very quickly to my old/existing address.

Usually 1 week(ish) before the ceremony so don't worry about it until then

Good news to share: my oath has been scheduled for April 19th :) So it was 2 months from DM to tracker update, and less than 2 weeks from update to the date itself. Just waiting for the official email with instructions which I assume could be a week or so yet. I can see the finish line!

Winnipeg. I have no website to prove it, but I saw the mailman on Saturday in my building lobby and I don't think he was there for any other reason :)
