Received my PR card in the mail yesterday. March 18. Ecopr was 17 feb so it took a month to come. Journey finally over. They did not approve the photo in the portal though neither did I receive an email that a PR card was sent. I was also unable to link my accounts. So I just waited.

Does anybody think maybe they prioritize when medical expires so that copr is still valid? Not sure anymore just guessing at this point
