I contacted IRCC and agent told me to submit the marriage certificate through the web form and that will be it. I have just submitted and uploaded the document. Now waiting for their reply...

Hey guys, I am EE PNP-CEC applicant. Aor is Nov 14th, medical passed and 1 gu in january. I just got married and my husband is PR. Does anyone has idea what to do? Do I need to send them anything else than my marriage certificate through web form? Is that gonna affect the process of my application?
