How long after paying the Right for permanent residence fee do you get the approval/CoPR if you are applying from with in Canada?

We received our first stage approval for H&C in March 2021 and sent out the medical check in May 2019 (applied with in Canada). How long does it take from this point on to get the PR? and how? does it come in CoPR or 2nd stage approval, or a PR card? what is next that i need to prepare for ?
