Permanent AOR (PAOR) means that IRCC have begun processing your application. Typically the next step after this is biometrics request (BIL) and / or medical request

When I received permanent AOR it did take a couple of days before I was able to link it to my GCKey account. It is probably worth trying again within the next 2 days. .

Did you apply through a representative or did you complete the application yourself?

I have not personally heard of any interviews being carried out for either the HCCP or the HSW pilots, I could be wrong but I don't think you will be required to have one

So disheartening to hear about refusals :) It does make me wonder about how genuine some of the representatives are, maybe if the applicant applies for her GCMS notes then it would shed some light on the missing Procedural Fairness letter and if / when it was actually sent.

Exactly a year! Well done, it must be a weight off your mind knowing you have that AOR now. When we start to see March applicants recieve AOR then we will know they are beginning to clear the backlog.

There is nothing you need to do now until you get your AOR (Acknowledgement of receipt).
