I called ircc today the lady said most of the applicants are placed in que of landing by which delays are occurring and they are trying the best and agents are working on it. And you simply have to wait!!!! was the answer

Hi congratulations!! Did u receive it today like on Saturday?? And when did u get the first mail ? i dont think so you need to upload such photo. Just take a photo in portrait mode that should work hopefully
