I think you should wait a little more. They can legitimately take a month to reply due to all the stuff they have on their plate right now. Meanwhile they are surely working on fixing the EE system so you could possibly have it working today or tomorrow.

Much the same boat here. Inland CEC, AOR on December 6, biometrics not needed, passed medicals on April 30 and no further news.

Is that estimate the same for CEC? Sorry for the negativity but I'll reach the six months mark this week and my security screening has not started yet, it seems. It is frustrating to even imagine that it could take another 110 days to process my application (and then even more for other steps).
