Thanks alot for your reply. It does specifies the requirements however within the CIC website eligibility questions, I cant find an option to apply for this visa. I am probably doing some thing wrong but cant seem to find the answer in the mentioned website.

Hi I would like to apply super visa for my parents, however, could not find the super visa option on the CIC website. The drop down menu on CIC website "What would you like to do in Canada?" do not have a super visa option. Can you please guide where and how to apply. Thanks
