I've landed at Etobicoke on 28th of august and waiting for more than a month for an update about PR card even though the photos were submitted through the portal. Getting tired of this B.S.

don't worry it's going to take about 5-6 months to process the application for the visitor status extension, i've also applied on June 24,2020 and got my visitor record recently. as long as as you update your address it should be fine.
