Did anyone get new dates after cancellation? I was entering Canada yesterday and CBSA officer confirmed that citizenship was granted, but there is no new date for ceremony on file..I got cancelation in November 2023

No nothing since November 14, 2023. I saw that some people got new dates within a month and some people are waiting for 6 months or more... So hard to say what's the logic behind (if any). I believe it's just a matter of luck. So hopefully, January will bring us some good news...

Called them today they said that the decision was not made and the application is still in process. However, previous few times when I called they were saying that the decision was made and I have to wait for a new date. Probably cases are required a final review before Oath ceremony and maybe some applications are more complex. However, my application doesn't seem complex at all :) I don't know. Try to call them tomorrow morning I was lucky to speak to them when I started calling at 8 am once they open the lines

Yes, same reason and same wording. Called IRCC today they said that the file is finalized, decision was made, the application was not sent to the centralized office for further assessment and this error is related only to scheduling the date of the Oath.The application is in Mississauga office...
