    Hi Usama, I’m stuck with the same issue as well even my counterfoil got updated to invalid on 16th April. Not sure why. Please post in this thread if you find a solution . I’ll do the same as well.

    The tracking ID will only be activated after VFS dispatches your passport to you. (Not when VFS distpatches it to IRCC for stamping)

    You’ll get an email as well but after some delay. But as long as you get an SMS it’s fine. Email is not mandatory.

    Congrats buddy I received a couple emails from VFS@vfsglobal.com at around 5.48PM and 5.50PM the first one only had the tracking Id and the second one had both the tracking ID and AWB number with a subject line as “Requested Additional Details”. Is this normal? does this mean my passport has...
