    Yes I got lucky because I just upload my photo and address on the morning July 26 and got ecopr in the afternoon. Now just waiting for the p.r card it's say reviewed by ircc.

    When I called 2 weeks ago the operator said cio Sydney but on my copr it's was signed by visa officers from Ottawa.
