who said it will be in 2-3 months? again, lots of people will simply join the pool to make it harder each time. 10% is still very low. no expectations-pure luck. Not a fair process at all.

we will need transparency of how the draw was conducted. or an audit at least. I think root cause of this situation is the government does not think parents can contribute much to the economy. they are wrong.
