I have the same agent LL and waiting eCOPR since Jan 6th. My AOR is March 13th. Please let us know if you receive your eCOPR. Also, how did you get connected to the IRCC helpline? it tells me that because of high volume they can’t transfer me for the last 2 weeks.

For me, it’ll be 5 weeks completed on this Thursday.

I have the same timeline as you. March 13th AOR and waiting eCOPR since Jan 6th. I also check my emails and the portal 50 times a day. It is insane. What is your agent code?

Hello. For me, nothing changed on CIC’s website. It still says background check is in progress and they are looking for eligibility. But I received the email and the credentials to the portal.

Same thing happens to me. It doesn’t open on my phone and my laptop but it works on my friend’s laptop. So don’t worry about it. It seems to be something technical with their website but not related to our applications. Try a different device to login. One of them will work for sure.

I have had the same issue. For some reason, this portal doesn’t work with my laptop (with chrome). But it works just fine on the phone and my friend’s laptop. so you can use your phone or try with another laptop. It will fix the issue.

Hello, I just received the first email for the portal on Jan 5th and the login credentials on Jan 6th. I sent the address and the photo on the same day. How long does it take to receive the eCOPR and then the PR card? VO is Etobicoke AOR is March 13th

you need a digital copy only. And you will upload it to the portal once you receive the login credentials. You can take the photo yourself with your phone respecting the photo requirements.
