I have a question regarding PCC. I am in Canada and was in India before. Never visited any other country. I am getting pcc from India but Do I need to get police clearance from RCMP as well.? Thank you.

I want to apply for PCC. My parents recently moved to a different city and my passport has previous address. What address do I have to put in pcc application? Is this gonna be an issue? Thank you.
