I recently received my PR Card in the mail. Once I took the card out of the envelope I saw a white horizontal line on the photo just below the nose. It’s not very visible but it is still visible. I am quite upset about it. Is there anyone with a similar issue with regards to the quality of the card?

Highly unlikely.. even if it’s a paper application if it is approved a notification email is sent.

Inland, no dependents. Paper based. I can’t attach it to my account that’s why I don’t have any info about the status.

If you applied on paper you can provide your employer with a set of documents which prove that you have implied status. If you applied online you should receive a letter stating that you are allowed to work while your application is being processed.

How long is your BOWP valid for? Since you are about to receive your COPR, I wonder how long it was extended for.
