We had the same issue! We were proactive and did the medical upfront but after a while, the IRCC asked for a new medical exam with a new IME number. We sent the previous forms with an explanation letter through webform and they passed the medical exam after a month.

You can call the center and ask whether they have submitted your results or not.

Our medical expired (for the second time) on March 30, and we decided to do an upfront medical exam without being asked. We did it and sent the forms through webform to the IRCC. Now they asked for a medical exam with IMM 1017E !!! What should we do? Should we do it again?!

The problem is that in the work section it is stated everything is verified without any notes, but the sum of the years I worked is less that what it actually is!

Called today, everything was the same except eligibility changed from "in progress" to "review required". It seems a bad sign, isn't it?

How long did it take for them to ask for the new one after it expired? Mine changed from "passed" to "You do not need ..." last week, but no update since then!
