Same here, no response from IRCC even after raising multiple webforms. Dropped a mail to CPC Ottawa yesterday.

Will be neck to neck. PCC took 2 weeks for me.

In the Same boat. Trying to add my newborn, no response despite multiple webforms. Received ADRs and remed request for me and my spouse now.

Where do I need to submit the documents, there is no placeholder for the dependant? Also, I never received the list of required documents from IRCC.

U can take the earliest appointment that is available. Take the copy of Appointment Receipt, IRCC's request letter showing due date and visit RPO Sector 34. The RPO will grant an earlier date.
