Most of July 2021 onwards are receiving PPRs. Its the ones before whose files are buried under shit pile commonly known as either Winnipeg VO or Vancouver VO.

Most of pre-july files it seems are moved to Winni F** Peg. From the looks, they are just another bunch of lazy bums

Primary office is the one processes files, in my case, the primary office is Winni F** Peg! They aren't doing anything it seems

I only heard one aor June 30. Rest are in an "endless tunnel"

none, nada! last time I called on Jan 17, the file was sent to LVO so they didn't give any update. I haven't received any GUs or something that could assure the files is being worked on.

I was going to ask the same. I paid rprf upfront. Is there anyone who received this request? Especially outland and non-us candidates? There are quite a lot of July AOR I saw have their eligibility passed with or without GUs.

Received BIL and Medicals are passed AoR June 3, 2021 (OINP) MEP November 9, 2021 BIL: November 9, 2021 CoR: UAE

Some of the people I know with AOR from April 28 - May 03 received BILs and had their medicals passed in the last three days.
