Nope, first time applying for Canada. When I applied, Biometrics Fee was already included within the total fee.

I paid it as a part of the application fee while submitting it.

WES will call it Bachelor's degree and postgraduate diploma, not masters. You need to send both bachelors and MBA transcripts for evaluation, otherwise they will call it single bachelor's degree / diploma.
