bro i also faced the same situation with my name. i emailed them and they requested to email scanned copy of bio page of passport and COPR. now i am waiting for their response. write them CSI and they will let u know how to get it rectified.

i was in the same situation. send CSI to LVO. They instructed me that my documents r on way back to Pakistan. After few days received call from visatronix, main(TCS) office lahore, and collected my original documents from them. secondly bohat mubark for ur visa and COPR.

same as medicals. they r always the same. i sent them my medicals pics for PPR1 and they accepted it.
