Not sure if anyone has an answer to this. . . But once you get PPR, and land in Canada, how long does it take to get the permit residence card?

I meant going forward... can I assume that when I do get AOR, the completeness check has been done, which means that I qualify for the stream? Then they will assess whether to grant me approval for the visa or not?

Does AOR imply that you have qualified for the stream, or is does it only imply that you have submitted all docs required?

Thanks for the follow-up comments, much appreciated. Ye, depending on how fast/slow my application moves, I believe that I will be a position to add her within the next 12 months, as we'll meet the common in-law criteria. Also, I have loads of proof like both our names on an annual rental...
