I just checked the tracker and my status also got updated. Language, Prohibitions and Physical Presence is also completed now. Citizenship Ceremony is not started, I hope IRCC sends the Oath invitation soon.

If you check the top of second last page (5th page) of test invitation document, the email id should be mentioned about where the passport document needs to be emailed. For me it was the same email id from which I got the invite. Not sure if you received the document request in the same test...

I just received the Biometrics request for my parents too. But unfortunately no slots are available in VFS Chandigarh. Anyone facing the similar issue?

I noticed the update on the tracker. No email yet, it might take sometime. Most likely the test invite will be from different office (other than Scarborough) and but then main processing office might remain Scarborough itself (for Oath later and remaining checks).
