Talk to Local Qatari embassy regarding the process.... I strongly recommend to take a short trip to Doha to get it locally. It just painful to wait few month when you go through Embassy.

If you have the biometric reminder email. Try lookup your application via ECAS. Most dec applicants have temp AOR now and some received AOR to link the app online. I would call IRCC to locate the application if you haven't got anything yet including biometric reminder.

Use the reference number from Biometric reminder which starts with F. For my case temp file number without X was same as biometric reminder reference number. https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?lang=en Good luck

Looks like some November folks are getting AOR and OWP. Maybe it's time to check my inbox bit more frequent.

If you ever need to get the PCC, please get used to it and avoid getting it through the embassy. I have requested my wife's PCC for Qatar back in June through Qatar Embassy in Korea and I'm still waiting. It is so much easier getting it through MOI.
