    Bro it is a lengthy process and I would recommend you fill for your parents. You can also submit Use of Representative Forms IMM 5476. I just submitted parents application today. I have two friends whose application had been aprroved in 2023 and 2021. They also filled IMM 5476 form.

    You can attach two separate files in the Passport upload section. It will only allow you to select 1 file at a time, so once you upload your father's passport, you can then upload your moth passport and it will appear as two separate files.
