Software engineers have probably had the hardest time of all. - BC is only inviting based on job offer and getting a job offer from overseas, that too when you are living in a 3rd world country is next to nil. From what I found out, most of those job offers go to the ones who are already in BC...

Don't take these NOCs as literally, but you get the point what I mean ;) I myself am a NOC-2173 with 500+ CRS and been waiting since 1.5 yrs only to receive an ITA. Just an ITA! Canada clearly doesn't want engineers especially soft ones. Tell me when was the last "fair" draw when they invited...

In India, some 3 year course are considered as a Degree (like BCA/BBA) but in Canada such 3 year courses are considered as 3 years Diploma. WES considers a 4 year degree as a Bachelors Degree. Since your total education is 4 years (3+1), most probably WES will award you as a 4 years Bachelors...
