U can try IRCC customer care. But i will qiah you luck because so far I called them like more then 50 times but won't let you connect. Then i tried contacting agent from other options and then around 1 hr of wait. And finally when you get someone they will tell you they can't do anything...

i went for upfront biometrics to Fredericton, new Brunswick. they said they need BIL to scan barcode without it not possible. so guys don't waste ur time and energy on up-front biometrics. not sure about medical but has to be same. Don't believe everything that's mentioned here.

Can anyone share their GCMS notes from AIPP so we can understand what they do and what to expect, specifically when... ?
