Little risky but why don't you contact global News or Toronto Star and explain your situation? So far I have seen people who complained on media got there applications processed with a lighting speed.

At least in my case I got couple backdated updates on one single day so not sure if the officer forgot to update it on my tracker..

My file is at Vancouver office, DM -oct 21, my oath ceremony went in progress back in early January but it never got updated on tracker and 2 days back got scheduled for oath mid March. So hang tight! Ircc is not updating the tracker in real time.
