In our case, we explained we wanted to travel together because we haven't been separated since we are family, and I will be my wife's support working full time while she studies her MBA. Also we fully detailed our 14 days mandatory quarantine. Hope this info helps you.

Hi SatheshDyn, did you solve the problem through Web Form ? I have the same issue, I received a letter requesting to upload new documents through MyCIC account, but when I click the "View submitted application" button I do not see any option to upload them. I got the letter 2 days ago.
